Alkaline your body

When your body is acidic it can lead to pain, excess weight and in some cases the more acid your blood the increased risk of chronic disease. By being alkaline, you can increase energy, improve digestion and build a strong immune system.

Being alkaline is key to optimal health. Remaining alkaline can assist all conditions such as acid indigestion, arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease. Guiding yourself in a practice of regularly alkalining your body will assist you in long-term health goals.

Ten tips to help to alkaline your body.
