Chia is the richest non-marine whole food source of Omega-3 and dietary fiber currently known to man.They are known for their amazing natural weight loss support. Chia are a high fibre food that also offer the body the ability to reduce blood sugar levels after meals, which inhibits the appetite, offering a healthy effective weight loss, while also providing cardiovascular health, that can normalise blood pressure and bad cholesterol, while promoting a healthy heart and joint function.

I always recommend these fabulous, nutritious and filling seeds to anyone training for sporting events or looking to encourage weight loss.

They can be added to raw puddings, and protein smoothies, sprinkled on to salads, porridge, breakfast cereal, just about anything.
